
Recipe for Chinese Chilli Chicken

Ingredients:
Chicken-1/2 kg boneless
Onion-1 chopped into cubes
Tomatoes-1 chopped in cubes
Capsicum-1/2 chopped in cubes
Ginger Garlic paste-1 tblspn
Soya Sauce-2 tsp
Tomato Sauce-1 tblspn
Ajinomoto-1 tsp (optional)
Cornflour-2 tblspn+1 tsp
Green Chilli-3 chopped
Vinegar-1 tblspn
Red chilli pdr-2 tsp
Garam masala pdr-1 tsp
Oil-2 tblspn
Salt to taste
Spring Onion for Garnishing
Method:
Marinate the chicken in little bit of Soya Sauce, Vinegar, Salt, Ajinomoto, Ginger Garlic paste for about 15 min.Then add 2 tblspn of corn flour and mix well.In a kadai add 2 tblspn of oil and saute the chiken till it is browned.Remove it and set it aside.
In the balance of the oil add ginger garlic paste and onion and saute till translucent.Now add in the green chilli, Capsicum and mix well.
Add in a tsp of Ajinomoto and salt to taste.Now add in the tomatoes and mix well.Add in some chilli powder and garam masala powder and mix well.
Now put in Tomato sauce, Soya sauce, Vinegar and mix well.Throw back in the chicken and combine well.Add water if you need a little gravy as I did.Let it coook for 5 min.
Mix 1 tsp of corn flour with some water and pour this into the gravy.Let it cook not more that 2 min.
